Against All Odds
It will be rated R for extreme language, it will be
extremely offensive to lots and lots of people. It will also
be rated R for extreme violence. This movie is a comedy,
there are zero parts that are supposed to be serious, even
all the action that takes place will be comedic.
Two African American teenagers graduate from high school
and move on to college together; their names, Al and John.
Once they realize college is not for them they decide one
day passing a male strip club that maybe they can do this
and make more money here than ever. They drop out of college
and get jobs as janitors and start saving their money to one
day open their own strip club. Flash to 40 years later and
Al and John are now in their late 50's and just now finally
have enough money to buy their club.
They open the club, do several dances but no one ever
comes in. Al's 26 year old son is completely objected to
them owning this club and within the next week he is
captured by the Korean mob for trouble he got in with them.
Al and John leave the shop, but some shotguns, machine guns,
pistols and grenades and go to save him.
The end is a showdown of two men fighting off an entire
mob that are armed with lots of weapons. After saving Al's
son they return to the strip club to discover they have 3
customers. To them their dream has come true.

Stephen's Analysis:
Im not sure what the message is of a movie in which
fifty-year old men open a strip club. (Its never specified
if its a male or female club, either
) Then to get the
Korean mob involved in the whole business seems a bit out of
question, doesnt it? "Against All Odds," as its pitch
author warns, is strictly about comedy. This pitch is
certainly, against all odds, pretty funny indeed.
